Brain and Spine Problems

Hi sir/ madam Neurologists suggested me Nexvenla od 50 mg for my stress and head ache along with migraine tabs. Can i use two Nexvenla tabs at once? What are the advantages and side effects of this medicene? Pls explain?

I was suffering for more than 4 years from mild chronic pain and mild irritating like inspect crowling in body. Along with a few brief electric shock anywhere under my skin.All of the symptom are sudden ,mild and through out body. In March,2022 I started feeling I was walking in a trampoline/sponge, although visibly there is no problem with my walking or balancing.Then symptom totally disapper after 2 weeks.I visited nearest neurologist.I have done Brain MRI(without Contrast), NCS of all four limbs and routine blood profile as per his direction. All of them are clean with no abnormalities, No High sugar, Normal Thyroid,Normal LFT,kidney, Elevated Lipid. Doctor prescribed me One B12+Anti Oxidents along with Escitalopram. Doctor told me it's more a somatic disorder as there is no cause available. Now again after gap of 4 months I started getting the same symptom. Need to understand whom should I consult only to psychiatry or neurologist for further examination?

Dear doctors. I hv bn  suffering from continuous dizziness from positional head movements. The doctors(neuro,ortho, ent) i  consulted said it was due to stress issue. They recommended anti vertigo medicine and anti depressant but it seemed to b useless. Mri of brain came normal. X ray of cervical spine was normal . Yes it was true i was under immense stress since 6 months but now i am stress free but am feeling continuous dizziness. During 6 months of immense stress i didnt feel any kind of dizziness but now my question is the dizziness i recently hv felt may b the outcome of 6 months of immense stress or the doctors misdiagnose by telling stress issue?Plz ans doctor. Ur opinions will make my diagnosis easier.

Hello Doctor, I have 2.5 years old daughter. She has an issue which I am unable to identify. Kindly guide me From last year once in a two to four month she became senseless, like we called her name she just gave us a smile in response and fir 2-5 minutes and it effect more on her left side body. Last three years from my father take medicine for heart ( triolmezest , tonact asp, v total etc). He will ok. From Last seven months he is suffering from burning and tingling sensation in both leg and hands and some times piles problem. He visit CMC velur. Dr suggest some report. All reports are ok. Dr reffers hematology department and suggest Bone marrow test. It can be pre existing symptoms of blood cancer? Pls suggest. Now what should I do.

She is unconscious in around 10 days .. we took contrast MRI on 16.06.2022...I uploaded the MRI and Dr. Diagnosis in poulomi Hospital Hyderabad... Her B.p , pulse and other reports are normal now ... Pls suggest the solution

Sometimes my right hand palm nerve twitch and left knee nerve also twitch is this because of sleeping position is anything serious can I consult neurologist
