Brain and Spine Problems

I have used cool lip frequently but stopped after getting this symptom. I feel like a nerve is getting pulled to the bottom everyday after working or using mobile. I am feeling better in the morning but facing this pulled feel during the night time. On the other hand, I'm getting treated for Cervicual Radiculopathy in the right shoulder. I don't know what is the actual problem for the nerve pull. Can you please help me on the next steps?

Dear Dr, My mother recently has been facing memory loss , fatigue problems, our general homeopathy Dr suggested prolactin test it was elevated 43.55, she also complaints about unusual sleepiness tierdness, her BP in evening was 140/119. Dr suggests that brain might not be getting enough oxygen, please please advise what is it due to Pituitary tumor / Brain hypoxia is it a fatal condition or early stage ? After cold suddenly headache with backpain and weakness .I have taken antibiotics and ultranise tab for pain.now headache is reduced but backpain and head back pain continue.please give me a advise

I am not able to step down or up due to this problem when I consulted general physician he told me it's neurological problem. So should I consult a neurologist or neurosurgeon? Does neurosurgeon deal with this type of cases or they only deal with operation? All the reports are ok. No symptoms of anything.

I have done root canal filing 3 days back then i have got ear pain and jaw pain now i have got headache. The headache is like comming and going and it's not fixed in one place sometimes it's on the back side of the head sometimes it's on the skull. Is it refered pain or something serious? Should i go for dentist again or consult a neurologist? Please suggest me very confused 🙏

Hi doc i just want to tell you that just 3 month ago my head feel weird and effects on my vision till now it hurt me everyday all head becomes stiff and feel like fully tight screw both side of my head and it effect my vision like not able to focus or concentrate my digestion is worst now went to neurologist he advised me EEG results are fine no problem are there he give me peroxitine 25 mg but it make me numb feeling please help me

Hlo my name is krishna thapa. I have muscle twitching in my (legs,hip,arm,hand,lip,cheeks,chest,back everywhere suddenly for 2 sec)  since January before this ( i had stomach infection and i thought that it was stomach ulcer and i wake up every night with fear that this infection convert in ulcer and it will convert in cancer and that time my blood pressure also high ) but after some times in January i feel twitches and i was worried about that i saw a general physician they give me b-complex and it did not work after 2 month i see neurologist and they did calcium, uric acid, Vitamin d all are normal but insuffucient vitamin d level 20 ng i did suppliment for 3 months but did not see any changes and i have done b12, magnesium, potassium, thyroid,cbc all are normal i can't understand what is happening 🤦 my neurologist say that if you want to do emg so do it but i will definitely sure that it will came normal because i don't have weekness, atrophy just random twitches

I am taking Duzela -20 since 3 days as prescribed by neurologist after breakfast. I have some type of sensation in different parts of the head ( like sudden flow of blood) not regularly, sometimes might be once in a hour or so. Can I stop taking the Duzela -20. I am not able to climb up the stairs nor climb down the stairs nor squat. Do I need to consult neurologist or neurosurgeon. Does neurosurgeon deal with such kind of cases. I have got an appointment with neurosurgeon as neurologist aren't available for a couple of days.
