Brain and Spine Problems

I'm having headache since 5 days. In morning it's ok but after working for some time my head started hurting. The headaches occurs on whole forehead and then way left to the back side. I'm worried why this is happening. It is due to eyesight or something else. Around 3-4 months before my head was hitted on the wall that caused a pain and eyes swelling for around 2 days. I'm also worried it's not related to it.

I have slight tingling in the foot and pain in the vein near the clavicle and below the ankle, there is no pain in the whole leg

Hello, I have been feeling numb and weak in the right leg for the past 6 months. I work as a medical transcriptionist and work for a minimum of 10 hours a day. I want to know whether these symptoms are related to either sciatica, slipped disc or foot drop.even I cannot rotate my right foot and lift the leg as I can with the left leg and feels like something heavy while lifting the right leg, so could you please guide me

I have been lightly hit on the car door while entering into the car three weeks ago and I had headache and neck pain constantly. Now I'm not having such pain but if I touch the area on left side of head it pains and sometimes it burns! Pls advise

I am taking rexipra 5 for 4 days for panic disorder after consulrarion a neurologist. Now I feel some times back pain. Is rexipra 5 causes serious side effect like kidney problem? I have no history of kidney disease.

Good evening doctors I have a pain in my back of head /skull it's a light pain when I touch there I can feel the pain it's on my right side with this I am also feeling some twitching and jerks in my  muscles of left leg and it's paining continously with this I have a constant ringing sound in my right ear I sometimes feel dizziness while standing. I have a tension headache which is chronic , paracetamol is not effective, iam getting only releif with escilatopram . I am having tingling sension on my head also . Could it be related to any nerve issue?

My father suffered from stroke where there was a infarct on right side of brain. After 8 months of stroke, he suffered a 2-3 minutes seizure. And then after 6 months from that, he got another seizure which went upto 10-15 minutes. We are doing everything prescribed by doctor like giving medicine, and other things. So, is there anything else which we should do? I have also read that having regular seizures increases risk of death. What we should do now? Attached is the latest report from hospital

I have been getting the feeling of constant dizziness, not spinning sensation but like I will fall down while standing or walking. All the blood tests report came normal with some mild vit d and b12 deficiency. Have been taking supplements for that. Got the CT scan brain and in the report came "possibly an incidental collidal cyst". Doctor advised to do Brain and Spine MRI. Brain MRI report came absolutely normal and spine report showed cervical issue. Have been advised to correct posture and take physiotherapy. Want to check whether I should believe the CT scan brain report which shows doubtful cyst or the MRI report which shows normal. Pls suggest
