I have shooting pain and stiffness in hand and muscle twitching randomly what is going on i can understand 🤦

Hi doctor, I am having headache since a month. Only the right side of my head aches in frequent intervals. The pain keeps moving from front to back side of my head. The doctor suggested MRA brain Headache protocol to me. Attached below is the report. Please suggest what is the problem?

Hi, I am suffering from chest, neck, shoulder and neck pain. I did ECG,2D Echo and coronary angiogram and all reports are normal. Doctor suggested to show nuero. He prescribed MRI for whole spin and CT Scan for cervical spine. These reports are shown below: MRI: Disc degeneration & diffuse disc bulge are seen at C5/6 level indenting thecal sac. Disc degeneration & diffuse disc bulge are seen at L5/5, L5/S1 level indenting thecal sac and causing narrowing lateral recess with mild compression of bilateral existing nerve roots at L5/S1. CT Scan: Mild disc space reduction seen in C4/C5, C5/6 level. Cervical spine shows loss of lordosis. Please find the attached reports. These issues can curable? In cervical spondylosis, chest pain will be there?

Hi sir/ madam, am having severe forearm pain ( kind of pulling pain also same in both knees since last night ) and sometimes i get chest pain also like pinching amd poling pain, kind of pulling in left side , now I dont have chest pain only. Left arm pain until shoulder. Previously i had done my ecg, echo, troponin and chest ray all came normal , today morning i felt dizzy also am worried alot pleasee help me thank you and there's discoloration of my veins too
