Cracking sounds knots break sounds
Hi doctor from past 2 days I'm getting cracking sounds and knots break sounds in ears while turning my head and while looking down and looking up earlier I had migraine problem. Is this connecting to migraine issues. The sound feels like coming from head or neck I'm not sure kindly advise on this. What treatment needs to be done and what's the solution to get rid of this knots sounds its really annoying and giving me some negative thoughts about the sounds. Kindly advise

The sounds may not be related to Migraine. Sounds can come from the joints in the spine and the neck area. Solution is to do regular exercises to strengthen the neck muscles.
Consult doctor physically to have better picture of your problem.
