Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Doctor, off-late i am forgetting lot of things. Not able to remember small things. Can't focus. I am worried.

I am 24 yes old male having morning tiredness and leg and hand pain on right side of my body also mild lower back pain . I am mastrubating regularly will this be a concern for my issue.

I am suffering from frequent dizziness  while lying down,getting up from bed,bending neck for reading or any work, also turning neck from one side to another side. I have visited general physician clinic last week and the blood test and x ray  reports are attached.kindly advise the correct specialist should i consult to recover from dizziness issue also advise if dizziness due to cholesterol or cervical problem? As my friend was too frustrated due to some reason he has hitted his front portion and side portion of the head badly 10 times and is saying that he is having headache. I'm worried about that. How can i know if there is any injury inside the head or any other issue.

I am feeling tingling and numb all over my body in night and morning I feel tingling in hand, feet, and tongue while breastfeeding my 5 month baby

Hello doctor I have palipitations I took ecg s 3 times they are normal. Also I did 2d echo test it was normal.but sometimes I'm feeling a weird sensation like electric like sensation and pulsating in lower back of head and neck and somewhere in chest and feeling like palpitations.it was weird to explain.what is the cause? Pls help me I'm worried

I have a pressure(pain) in my body which transfers around body from here to there. I can't move freely. My lower back hurts.

I am feeling pain in my neck from behind,below neck and also in my hands..hand pain comes and goes..also i m feeling off balance in upper part of body while laying on bed or sitting..i don't know it's dizziness or what but it's like for a sec it feels like i will fall and then get balance..while walking there iw no dizziness as such..

1. when I'm in sleeping position and get up i get ice pick headache for few seconds(any portion of head usually, not a specific place). 2. it is there from 4-5 days. from last two day symptoms are little reduced but not gone. 3. sometimes head feels slight heavy or kindof brain fog. pain and heaviness is not intolerable. 4. two weeks back i had cold but now i dont have any cold symptoms.
