My mother suffered from brain hemorrhage three months ago and she got paralysed. Now, her paralysis situation is not improving , what can be done?

Hello docs   I am experiencing a pain on the left side of my head and its been two days.its a stabbing pain comes after 10 or 15min for 4 or 5 seconds.if i touch my head on left side i feel pain.What could be the reason ?
