Brain and Spine Problems

I feel pain in right side of eye and right side brain when my blood pressure is 130/85 and at 140/90 I can feel the blood flow in my head I feel pain weekness tiredness in brain if I sit for more than half hour this is happening from 2 months?

Is there any diagnosis test to check Serotonin levels in the brain? 1) is it possible to check Serotonin ✔️ levels ? Please clarify sir/madam

I have been suffering from this(noticing my own thinking)till 5 yrs.but unable to understand this.one day surfing on internet,I found this symptoms.which matches my symptoms.

Hi all, My father of 67 years old, suddenly lost consciousness, Examined found due to high BP, right hand and right leg paralyzed, not able to see, speak and walk, doctor advised for brain surgery, through CT scan, one big hemisphere in left brain, we denied for surgery, but now the patient improved, now we hv done trescothomy as he was in ICU ventilator, but now heart pulse rate somehow increases also sometimes decreeases, what could be reason, now doctor advises if cardilogist give clearance we can move the patient out of ICU. we want the patient shd come out of ICU, so that we can take care in General ward. Also now the patient able to move slowly the left leg too, but little bit, whether we hv taken good decision for refusal of surgery, as the hospital is private. Please guide us what to do in coming days..

Hi, I'm having tightness inside my head, kinda feeling irritated near posterior temporal area of both sides, I've a family history of migraines, No nausea & vomiting. I'm little bit worried about cause it's been a while

I am suffering with mild headache and neck pain with occasional nerve pulling sensation on hands and legs and occasional mild numbness in legs (while folding the legs and sitting and while sitting leg on leg). I went to a neurologist and got my mri done.The mrI showed C4C5 Bulge with indentation to theca.I am attending physiotherapy as advised by my doctor from 4days..I am able to do my daily activities without any problem,but I am worried about the occasional nerve pulling and occasional mild numbness in hands and legs. The mild numbness in legs goes off when walk. How long will it take to cure my problem. Is my problem serious?

After I fall motorcycle my left head headache not headache completely recover after 60 days complete what is problem?

In My sleep  study find a NREM parasomnia. So I am using Lonazep 0.25 mg from one month. But some times in sleep I am unable to move and fear , violent dreams is parasomnia or seizers. It will repeat 3-4 times same day. Monthly 2- 3 times it is happening. Kindly suggest permanent solution

Dear sir, I am sleeping 8-10 hrs per day. In sleeping I am tossing, turning and rotate my body. My friends are saying every  15 min your moving in sleep.This problem from last 10 yeras onword. After wake up not feeling refreshing and tired,  daytime sleepiness also. Unable to concentrate my work. My blood test, thyroid sugars test, urine test, MRI scan, EEG Test are normal. Kindly suggest permanent solution
