I am suffering from neck and right shoulder pain and gone through with MRI which has been prescribed by a ortho and attached the reports. Report: As per report having an issue with C3-C4 9mm. I always check my BP every month. Previous reading is 130/90 sometime it is 140/90 .I am little bit stressed from last 2 months.having stomach gas problem.I gain my weight from 75kg to 86kg now. I have bilirubin (T) 1.50mg/dl and Bilirubin (D) .90mg/dl . cholesterol 199 mg/dl. Triglyceride 208 mg/dl. VLDL Cholesterol 41.60 mg/dl. I am taking ecoasprin av 75.and pan D. Everyday. Yesterday I checked my BP in evening it was 160/100 in left hand and 145/108 in right hand.today I checked again in morning 160/110 in left hand and 150/110 in right hand. Before 40 days I took reading it was 125/85 in left hand. What should I do now? Because before 40 days it was normal but now it's showing very high.from last 4-5 days after taking food I feel nausea.i am thinking it was due to hot weather.tomorrow I will go for a trip due to stressful life I am taking break but after seeing my BP reading I am worried.how do I lower my BP? Please advise.Thank you

Normal body temperature is 98.6, but during cold season my body temperature keeps varrying form 92.6- 95.never above this level,. No thermometer fault. Till now have checked with 8-10 thermometer. Is this normal. Or should I consult a doctor or , please recommend test if necessary. Thank you

15 ago I was hit slightly in head while entering into car near door and now I'm having a reddish one like tiny blood clot in left side head above ears! While touching it pain comes! Pls advise
