Brain and Spine Problems

Good morning sir/ madam, am having tightness in both sides of head only on forehead temporal areas, whenever i eat my temporal area feels very tight and to releive that am opening my mouth frequently widely and then , there's a relief. I used to hit my head several times in anger before very long back. Is it serious ? Since three days am feeling tightness only both sides ,not full head . And sound in ear too

Last one I am facing vertigo issue stiff neck and gas problems .I found very difficult to keep balance and dizziness come at any time.Shown to ENT also he give some medications but no relief shown to eye specialist and she suggested physiotherapy. It need to start gas and constipation is also there.Felt dizziness in bathroom also. now some time headache also comes. Pls suggest gas had also become major issue.

Doctor, It's been 7 days since I was diagnosed with covid and suddenly when i woke up yesterday morning i realised that the anterior part (around one third) of the tongue has loss sensation of taste and the rest of the tongue has the taste working well. My smell is working just fine too. I'm worried that it might be permanent due to damage to some nerve. Please help.

Hi I'm having slight head pressure on right side since few days now and on left side from yesterday This is occurring only during night that too for sometime especially during midnights Also my cheek right is little swollen these days no pain no lump or bump. My daily sleeping time is after 2 or 3 since 4years now and i wake up late around or after 12pm only. Im really worried about my health. Sometimes even though my head don't feel any pressure i wake up midnight to check my head. Please help me with this

Suddenly out of no where my father started to feel tingling pulsating sensation near cheek area and mouth area and a very very mild f"eeling of numbness " though there is no numbness , no itching redness etc its been 3 hours already and he is disturbed , he is perfectly fne in general last to last month he had his full body profile apart from triglycerides everything was notmal and even for Tg he is doin lifestyle modification, do these tingling sensation something serious or it is just a pressed nerve , should we get some treatment/checkup vit b12 vit d3 normal , He is normal , whya sh adds

Doctor, i have been noticing that whenever i eat something like fry or oily product, i get some weird odd feeling in my head- like a depressed  , all portion of head and i don't like to eat further. This happens usually midway soon after eating . Please can anyone tell me what's wrong here? Is this due to acidity or what??

I feel a weird sensation in my body all the time. Specially in Head. I feel comfortable even in moving my arms and legs. I Always feel sick in the body and not able to move from bed...whenever I stand up or sit straight I can't even breathe properly and then my pulse rate increases...I always feel everytime that something is stuck from my throat to upper stomach...I am on antidepressants but i feel like I have other physical issues rather than depression ...

I have random muscle twitching all over the body randomly when i sitting down and relax it happen sometimes in leg then hand then hips then stomach randomly i did not feel weakness but i diagnose with insuffucient vitamin d level i take that for 3 month but did not get any changes 🤦 what is happening can anyone tell me is this is a sign of als pls tell me i can't sleep well 🤦 pls help me tell me that what happen to me and what is the difference between als and Normal twitching i really want to know pls sir help me 😢😢
