Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from top head pressure pain since last one week.Did MRI test reports attached herewith. Plz let me know abt my reports and wht should I do next.Thank you

My thigh muscles used to pain a lot so one day i sat in a very hot water bath tub..after that i can remember muscle weakness increased so much..j got burning pain, tingling sensation in both thighs...i have very tight muscles and twitching as well...is it possible that hot water could have damaged the nerves?

Female, age 50 Thyroid and pressure controlling Medicine. Was having ear pain and headache for last two days Suddenly one side of the face looks impaired. Doctor mentioned it to be facial palse. Scared if it's stroke or not.

Hi doctor from past 2 days I'm getting cracking sounds and knots break sounds in ears while turning my head and while looking down and looking up earlier I had migraine problem. Is this connecting to migraine issues. The sound feels like coming from head or neck I'm not sure kindly advise on this. What treatment needs to be done and what's the solution to get rid of this knots sounds its really annoying and giving me some negative thoughts about the sounds. Kindly advise
