Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctor I have palipitations I took ecg s 3 times they are normal. Also I did 2d echo test it was normal.but sometimes I'm feeling a weird sensation like electric like sensation and pulsating in lower back of head and neck and somewhere in chest and feeling like palpitations.it was weird to explain.what is the cause? Pls help me I'm worried

I have a pressure(pain) in my body which transfers around body from here to there. I can't move freely. My lower back hurts.

I am feeling pain in my neck from behind,below neck and also in my hands..hand pain comes and goes..also i m feeling off balance in upper part of body while laying on bed or sitting..i don't know it's dizziness or what but it's like for a sec it feels like i will fall and then get balance..while walking there iw no dizziness as such..

1. when I'm in sleeping position and get up i get ice pick headache for few seconds(any portion of head usually, not a specific place). 2. it is there from 4-5 days. from last two day symptoms are little reduced but not gone. 3. sometimes head feels slight heavy or kindof brain fog. pain and heaviness is not intolerable. 4. two weeks back i had cold but now i dont have any cold symptoms.

Feels like 0 energy sometimes and all of sudden. Even after eating. Sometimes feels like low bp. Heavy chest. Slow breathing.  Heavy head and dizziness. More during ovulation or menstruation periods. Is it hormonal? Lifestyle is a bit busy.

My body always want to twist. Especially in legs and hands and i want to itch in my biceps. I have itch in my anus and i want to twist there. I can't move my hips freely. Theres a pressure in my anus area. My head also hurts and have a pressure in there. I always want to move my hips in a direction but i can't do it properly. I can't relax. I don't think any bone broke or tears happened.when i wear a cloth my body kinda itches I want to twist move my body , i wanna have satisfaction  so i don't wear it in normal shape, i wear it in bit of right side.and i sweat so much because I can't have the grip in my body. I wanna have the grip in my body but i can't get it. I look okay from outside. I have this problem for a year. can you understand what is this problem and tell me in chat? PLEASE HELP!

Hi, I have been having some spontaneous pain in hand and leg muscles which last from 2 to 5 mins and are usually very painful and often accompany with weakness of hand and leg.
