Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, I have painful cramps in my both calf muscles and thighs While running its coming suddenly i can't bare this pain Full body facing this problem.

I felt dizziness feel last 6months I have vitamine b-12 deficiency ,low in vitamine -D.I'm using tab for last 2months but still I have dizzy feel..my dizzy cont disturb my routine work pls suggest ..

My Pelvic area and jnside thighs and genitals are numb , i just recently noticed it 2 days ago and the condition is same i feel no pain, no issues urinating , i am on tonsilitis medications from the past week

I have essential tremor and I am 22 years old. Please let me know if there is a permanent cure available.. When I get scared, my body shakes and my hands move excessively I have this problem since childhood.

Yestarday i had forceful elbow hit to the head is this contusion can we have contusion without external bruise or external bruise is cumpolsury plzzzzzzz help me i have right forehead pain it's moderate i am soo much worried

Hlo doctor, I have symptoms:- I m thinking my own feelings. I m thinking my own thoughts. I came to know this 2month ago while searching on internet.but there's given loss of consciousness but I m not that kind of patient,but these symptoms matches on me.
