Brain and Spine Problems

I am having a head and neck pain back side from many days And from a month i am in bed not going anywhere Suggest me something pls

I am taking rexipra 5 for 4 days for panic disorder after consulrarion a neurologist. Now I feel some times back pain. Is rexipra 5 causes serious side effect like kidney problem? I have no history of kidney disease.

Good evening doctors I have a pain in my back of head /skull it's a light pain when I touch there I can feel the pain it's on my right side with this I am also feeling some twitching and jerks in my  muscles of left leg and it's paining continously with this I have a constant ringing sound in my right ear I sometimes feel dizziness while standing. Please help what could it be

I have a tension headache which is chronic , paracetamol is not effective, iam getting only releif with escilatopram . I am having tingling sension on my head also . Could it be related to any nerve issue?

My father suffered from stroke where there was a infarct on right side of brain. After 8 months of stroke, he suffered a 2-3 minutes seizure. And then after 6 months from that, he got another seizure which went upto 10-15 minutes. We are doing everything prescribed by doctor like giving medicine, and other things. So, is there anything else which we should do? I have also read that having regular seizures increases risk of death. What we should do now? Attached is the latest report from hospital

I have been getting the feeling of constant dizziness, not spinning sensation but like I will fall down while standing or walking. All the blood tests report came normal with some mild vit d and b12 deficiency. Have been taking supplements for that. Got the CT scan brain and in the report came "possibly an incidental collidal cyst". Doctor advised to do Brain and Spine MRI. Brain MRI report came absolutely normal and spine report showed cervical issue. Have been advised to correct posture and take physiotherapy. Want to check whether I should believe the CT scan brain report which shows doubtful cyst or the MRI report which shows normal. Pls suggest

From the last 4 months I have pricking pain all over body mostly on legs. Doctors prescribed gabaneuron nt 100 and after that symptoms became very mild. But once in a while symptoms increase and then calm down . Once when after waking up there will be very mild pricking and it gradually increased till night.

I (29M) had a migraine attack 2 years ago. It was due to minor cerebral ischemic changes as per the MRI results however it was cured after 2 months of medication. Now i started to have this pain 2 months after having an argument with my gf. Currently I'm taking flunarizine, propranolol hydrochloride and nortryptline hydrochloride for almost the same amount of time. The pain is gone for a while but I want to know if it will be cured this time or my brain will often see migraine attack in future.

I have been diagnosed for my neck and shoulder pain and pressure. i feel pressure in back of my head. Doctor has suggested for xray. What is the issue xray image shows? What are possible the treatment?
