My brother MRI done 31st of may 2022 and show 1.1×1.1cm Lesion dr. Tell me he cns Tubercloma and the medicine start 1 june 2022 now continue medicine but patients complain about vertigo and headache and constipation he is under treatment pulmonary Dr. shelley shamim and Neurologist Dr. apritm chatterjee Medicine Start Akurit-3 4 Tab BBF ondem 8 mg 1 tab bbf Dompan 1 tab bdsm Vertin 16 mg 1 tab twice Dexa 4mg 1 tab twice And lavera 500 1 tab twice Benedon 1/2 tab after lunch Some test resistance like gene xpart RIF show its sensitive and tuberculosis detecate (low) And BACTEH culture 1st report show no growth and second one 7/7/22.The patient show mental health disorder and he silent mode what was next any advice please dr. Suggest me to review Neurologist but he didn't going Q:-How many days like feel patients better for medicine start??

Hello, since last one year I'm having severe Right sided temporal pain which often radiates to right ear and upper jaw, right sided neck stiffness, unable to bear sunlight. Whenever I go outside during day time I feel as if something is "melting" or "leaking" from right side of head. Have dizziness, loss of appetite & fatigue too. Plz help.

Dear Sir, I went to the Safdarjung hospital as my wife is getting unconscious, some times feels blackout. She has iron deficiency too. Following are the things adviced by the doctor. Attached the MRI report along with this post. Most of the time, he is getting heavy pain and unable to talk or eat due to movement of the mouth. Few hospital are saying Go for a surgery or few saying , please stick with medicine. Generally, he is old and weak person and afraid of the impact of the operation.
