Brain and Spine Problems

She is having multiple instances of unconsciousness while sitting and standing and it is becoming very difficult to even standup and sit. Its like having a black screen infront of eyes at regular intervals.

It feels like I'm so mentally exhausted all day everyday. This suddenly happened overnight and hasn't left me for 3 months. I wake up and have such extreme mental fatigue and it's debilitating. The only thing I can think of that happened is, that same night I had a huge anxiety attack for the first time ever and it happened multiple times a few days after too and now I just have generalized anxiety all the time. I am sleeping but just not well. Could this be the reason for feeling so sleep deprived and if so how do I fix It to get good quality sleep again and fix my mental fatigue?

I am suffering from headache back side of the head. The pain radiates one place.very mild pain to moderate increased.

Numbness is severe during night time it is like pinning. From 3 days i am suffering from left arm pain.

I did mri of full brain ..it was normal .so mri helps in find degenerative nerve to...plzz tell me ...

I'm having issues with my memory and sometimes I can't understand stuffs that are in front of me That happens only sometimes Last year i was in a consultant with a therapist , he said I have depression and told me to get a MRI test of my brain After looking at MRI he said my brain is way too dry and it's getting constrained After taking medicines for 3months i started to see major changes , i was feeling way much better and i had less problems with my memories But next time my doctor increase the dosages and i started having weakness and low blood pressure problems I secretly decided to Stop taking meds ( so my parents won't get mad at me) It's been more than 3months ( after dosages getting increased) and i Don't see major memory losses but i still have issues with understanding stuffs ( even tho everything are infront of me) I had to consult my doctor on 15feb but i didn't   Im scared of my parents , that's why i don't want to consult again .

I have headache more than 2 year . But it's not paining regularly but now it's paining regularly almost being a month. I have pain back side (spacially right hand side) same time it's paining like squeezing nerve in the back of the neck and scalp. Whenever I cry it increases more!!

For the past 2 days I feel my right foot thumb is numb,the upside of the thumb is alone numb...is there any way to relieve it?

After recovering from low blood sugar, i have some problems like confusion, light sensitivity, top of the head and back of the head feels not good, i can't work, what to do plz tell me??
