Brain and Spine Problems

I am feeling continuous vibration in left leg from past 6 days. I went to the doctor and he prescribed me medicines ( cyra20, flexon mr beplex) for 4 days now, he suggested to go to the neuro physician. I Am facing problem in my legs. I do have constant back pain at neck and shoulder side as well as at l4 &l5 region.

I feel like pain in one nerve on left side of my head and heavy headche. If feels that i have to put a little more effort to use my left hand and leg. I everytime feel like throwing up and left side of my nose also feels congested,left side of neck also feels stiffed and eye also feels like bulging from inside. Its been a year and the symptoms have not subsided. I also feel a little pain near my eye nerves. I am not able to figure it out...nothing came in ct scan. No doctor is able to figure out my problem.

I have vitamine b-12 deficiency.I felt sleepy and dizziness whole day ..please suggest what I do....

I have visual snow.it has been now for 1 year now.with visual snow double vision,side vision oscilating, light sensitivity, vertigo, dizziness,heart beat in vision and stress

Long years ago i have fallen into a desk which i got injured at my lower back bone portoin at that time took treatment but from last 3-4 years suffering much as that i can't took heavy weight i did MRI too but don't remember the result . Now the same thing happening much pain for a short period of time .  Is there any suggestion that i can take for this or is there any effect that will appear in future.
