Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Doctor, My kid, aged 10, was hit by a tennis ball on head(top left) on Friday noon.  He didn't complain of any dizziness, or vomiting etc.. No bumps or redness. On friday there was only pain when touched. Saturday he complained with an occasional headache. Today he has no headache but still has pain when touched. Please suggest if we need to consult a doctor and take a CT scan or is it fine and pain will go away. Thanks in advance.

I have severe headache for the back of the right side and after shower my head feelling heaviness. The head pain is suffering another parts of the head like eyes both side spinal cord and left ear pain sometimes and sometimes I eat something the pain increase I took medicine Pracitamol 1000mg one time at night but feeling better then after now start continue pain now I took ameiz plus one tab the pain is gone but heaviness in head after shower start and my left side upper back pain also please advice me my pressure 134/84 please help me

My body has random pains all over at one place randomly for few seconds and goes away few times a day, it also started twitching in random muscles all over body for few times a day since 1 month , and i have cold since 1 week ,i don't know the reasons or which type of doctor to consult I'm worried

Hi, On 18th June my paternal uncle had a heavy vomiting followed by dizziness and became very weak, couldn't even walk or sit. With Treatment  (salines and Pantop 40mg injection,Ondansetron Injection IP 2mg and Betahistine tablets 16mg thrice daily)   from an well know assistant doctor in our area he has slowly recovered day after and today, Able to sit by himself and walk lightly with support. For saferside we took him to an health checkup today evening and found that he has a clot in his Cerebellum. Kindly find the attached film of Brain Imaging  and let us understand clearly about his situation The current hospital doctor said, We need to follow a course in which first we need use medication for thinning of blood and then for clot removal. Kindly explain the situation to me once. My Paternal uncle has an healthy habit of daily yoga which saved him during Covid times. He is diabetic and his most recent(18th jun) rapid blood test gave value as 140mg. Please let me know the precautios

My brother start medicine for CNC tubercloma he already suffering gland tuberculosis and the dr. Surgery the gland and start the medicine Ethambutool 800 and glevo 500 continue two. Month after surgery then stop medicine advice by Dr. And now after stop. Medicine now axillary lymphoma left side now the medicine start dr. Again Ethambutool and moxicip 400 after one month axillary lymphoma was go away but the tuberculosis going to brain cerebral the I meet neuro medicine he advice MRI. Then MRI show lesions in cerebellum 1.1×1.1 cm size now the neuro medicine advice to continue ATD drugs and lavera 500 two times then dr refer me TUBERCULOSIS Specialist then I go dr. Selley shamim he start the new starting AKURIT 3 BBF , benedon half tab and ondem 8 for vomiting bff and dompan BEFORE FOOD two time continue 1 june now then he work slowly patients complaining vertigo right side moving and weakness dr. Shelley shamim refer neurologist for that opinion he advice to EEG and the EEG & ENG nrml.

I have imbalance issues for sometime which earlier it was not noticeable but now bit specific. Consulted with ent and neuro and took MRI brain  scan and few other neuro tests and hearing tests All were normal The issue is i have imbalance and some issues with vision. It's not like blurry or not able to see. Need to put more effort to view ...feeling heavyness in fore head above eyes. So not sure what's the issue Need some leads on this. Is it Parkinson symptoms but i don't have any tremors.

Hi sir/ madam Neurologists suggested me Nexvenla od 50 mg for my stress and head ache along with migraine tabs. Can i use two Nexvenla tabs at once? What are the advantages and side effects of this medicene? Pls explain?

I was suffering for more than 4 years from mild chronic pain and mild irritating like inspect crowling in body. Along with a few brief electric shock anywhere under my skin.All of the symptom are sudden ,mild and through out body. In March,2022 I started feeling I was walking in a trampoline/sponge, although visibly there is no problem with my walking or balancing.Then symptom totally disapper after 2 weeks.I visited nearest neurologist.I have done Brain MRI(without Contrast), NCS of all four limbs and routine blood profile as per his direction. All of them are clean with no abnormalities, No High sugar, Normal Thyroid,Normal LFT,kidney, Elevated Lipid. Doctor prescribed me One B12+Anti Oxidents along with Escitalopram. Doctor told me it's more a somatic disorder as there is no cause available. Now again after gap of 4 months I started getting the same symptom. Need to understand whom should I consult only to psychiatry or neurologist for further examination?
