I have random muscle twitching widespread and sudden shooting pain i have done my emg and ncv test come back normal so it could brle the sign of als ? Because i have twiches since January so als twitches are continuous or happen randomly???

ALS is less likely at this age..usually starts in 5th decade.
have you shown to a neurologist?
u need full electrolytes work up to look for treatable causes
have u done mri brain?
