I got hit  neck back to sofa 14days back after i have severe neckpain pinching occipital headache after that from today i am having heartbeat at base of skull what could be the reason doctor is it anything to worry

Am experiencing neck pain accompanied with excessive sleep and headache due to the neck pain for the past 10 days.please advise

I am having head pain back left side from many days and sometimes in neck I had quit smoking 3 months back I am fearing is that a tumor because recent one of my friend had it I am feeling depressed and overthinking from many days Because sometimes when i touch a certain part with my fingers it hurts And i lying down whole time in bed with a pillow Pls help me out

If one sibling has epilepsy,which started later in.life at 25-26 years of age, will.other siblings have it too? Tho there is no .family history of epilepsy at all or any underlying health condition that could.lead to such disease. how common is it for a sibling of epileptic patient to get epilepsy aswell? No family history of sizures or epilepsy.

I am having headache only if I get up after 9 am.Having nagging headache but as soon I drink something to start walking it goes off. I dint find this headache if I get up before 8:30 am

Tell me he cns Tubercloma and the medicine start 1 june 2022 now continue medicine but patients complain about vertigo and headache and constipation he is under treatment pulmonary Dr. shelley shamim and Neurologist Dr. apritm chatterjee Medicine Start Akurit-3 4 Tab BBF ondem 8 mg 1 tab bbf Dompan 1 tab bdsm Vertin 16 mg 1 tab twice Dexa 4mg 1 tab twice And lavera 500 1 tab twice Benedon 1/2 tab after lunch Some test resistance like gene xpart RIF show its sensitive and tuberculosis detecate (low) And BACTEH culture 1st report show no growth and second one 7/7/22.The patient show mental health disorder and he silent mode what was next any advice please dr. Suggest me to review Neurologist but he didn't going Q:-How many days like feel patients better for medicine start??

Hello, since last one year I'm having severe Right sided temporal pain which often radiates to right ear and upper jaw, right sided neck stiffness, unable to bear sunlight. Whenever I go outside during day time I feel as if something is "melting" or "leaking" from right side of head. Have dizziness, loss of appetite & fatigue too. Plz help.

Dear Sir, I went to the Safdarjung hospital as my wife is getting unconscious, some times feels blackout. She has iron deficiency too. Following are the things adviced by the doctor. I'm unable to read it. Please help me with that. I can understand 3rd and 4th number point. Help me with the rest. And any other suggestions are welcome

Attached the MRI report along with this post. Most of the time, he is getting heavy pain and unable to talk or eat due to movement of the mouth. Few hospital are saying Go for a surgery or few saying , please stick with medicine. Generally, he is old and weak person and afraid of the impact of the operation.
