Pituitary microadenoma
Hello doctors, My fiance has been diagnosed with high prolactin level 106 Ng/ml. After that MRI was done and found that there is pituitary mircroadenoma is there. Please find the MRI report in attachment. After that, other hormone test is performed like growth hormone , thyroid , cortisol and iFG and all test result are normal. Now, please let me know this tumor is treatable using medicine or need surgery.

this is probably an incidental finding since the lesion is nonfunctional one, she needs to be on yearly follow up with mri scan, ophthalmology check up and hormone assay.
