Cystic pituitary microadenoma
My father is 65 years old with  bp n sugar patient. 6 months back  he was having giddiness and headache, found low sodium and got treated Recently again he had the same issues with giddiness and one side headache, in MRI brain it detected Cystic pituitary microadenoma. The doctor told me he needed to operate. Now we are worried as he is a bp and sugar patient. Is this curable by medicine or need surgery itself? Will it be fine or any complications after surgery? Please give the opinion 🙏🏼🙏🏼
