Pituitary adenoma
I'm 26 and suffer from weight gain over last couple of years. My cortisol and prolactin is very high and I have an enlarged hypothalamus and mild pituitary adenoma benign. Cabergoline 0.125 mg once a week was prescribed. Do I need medication?

If you have high cortisol then that is not something that can be treated with medicines alone. Please consult an expert. If you have cushing's disease you require surgery.
