Pituitary Mircoadenoma
Hello Doctor,
My wife is diagnosed with high prolactin level 80 ng/ml.
After mri , pituitary Mircoadenoma is found having dimension 4x6x5.2 mm.
So, please let me know it is treatable using medicine or need surgery.

prolactin level of 80 is ok.
if the other hormones are normal
probably it's a non functioning one
what was the indication for the mri
