Spasticity, pain and stiffness
I am Suffering from Cerebral Palsy Spasticity since birth for last few years I am experiencing more spasticity, muscular weakness and fatigue causing spasm, pain and stiffness in Neck, Knee , Ankle and lower back area. On investigation - My x rays shows Neck and Lumbar spondylosis Reduced disc space at C3-C4 to C5-C6 level And reduced Disc space at L5-S1 level Knee X-ray Rt Tibio- Femoral Joint- Mild reduced joint space in Medial compartment ( Degenerative Change) My Calcium - 9.5 and Vit D - 51 and Uric acid is 7.2 I am taking physiotherapy 3-4 days in a week , VitD 60k weekly dose and febucip 40 daily also takes Zerodol MR and Synaptol 100 when required but after doing all these I got relief temporarily , short time period. Kindly advice suitable medication and treatment regarding my problem? Thanks in advance
