Hi, my son suffering from spastic cerebral palsy diplegic type by birth.he is not able to sit and walk.other than that he is good.what is the best treatment can give him to make him sit and walk.

Physiotherapy is very important to loosen up the tight muscles.. Your pediatric neurologist may prescribe medications to reduce the spasticity, after assesing the degree of spasticity..Another option is intrathecal baclofen pump, to improve spasticity, which you can discuss with your doctor...
