My father has been diagnosed  with multiple system atrophy by ak roy at manipal hospital bangalore, after having 2 back to back ischaemic strokes in between 3 months of time gap. Is there any other hospital which has the best treatment for this disease rather than manipal or manipal is the best for it?

Hi, I took head massage yesterday in barber shop. He did head massage very hard. Soon after massage, i got high fewer(102) and headace behind eyes and forehead area. I have been taking dolo 650 from yesterday 2 times a day.  Have seen very slight improvement. Fewer is still at 101. Head ace is still present. Please advice.

Due to the medication stage had observed that I had lost my weight and feel tired every day . My concern is can gain weight again by using supplements like mass gainer. if yes which brand should I use

Sir i fell from 40 ft and little bit head injury and undergone ORIF for arm fracture on 3rd may 2022 and one screw and k wire is inserted in medial.condyl but one thing which worries me i feel numbness in overall right part of body like right ear ,right side of face and right leg on touch or walking what can be the possible reason ..and how can i diagnose problem suggest some test and medication

My mother had a nosebleed from her left nostril after taking a lot of stress. She has hypertension and at that time her bp was 198/99 and she was having acute headache. She didn't had any vomiting or any sort of paralysis but I am very worried that if there are any chances of brain hemorrhage.

Hi doctors, Recently i had upper GI endoscopy, from the next day I started to feel lil uncomfortable in right rib bottom as if it's filled with food or gas and lil painful. I was given general anesthesia during th process ,it's been 5 days,i also feel as if my tongue is sore and sometimes I am mixing words while talking , i am worried could you please help. I stopped syngaba tablet for last 3 days thicking if it's the culprit.what can I do.
