I am suffering from headache and giddyness. So I have consulted general physician and he suggested MRI scan. I have got done MRI scan and the impression shows below.
"Calcified granuloma in right occupital lobe with no adjacent perilesional edema/ mass effect - Inactive lesion"
Can you please explain what exactly it means?

Calcified granuloma is a incidental finding...you need not worry about that
That is not the reason for your headache/ giddiness
That may be due to vertigo/migraine
