Yestarday i had forceful elbow hit to the head is this contusion can we have contusion without external bruise or external bruise is cumpolsury plzzzzzzz help me i have right forehead pain it's moderate i am soo much worried

u can have contusion with out external trauma also
but that happens in Accidents rather than the one u mentioned.
if u need to be really sure, u need to do a Ct scan of the head and contact online
