Brain and Spine Problems

I have a messed up circadian rythm. My body is literally used to sleeping at 2am such that even if i am really tired by the end of the day, i can't manage to put myself to fall asleep unless it's 2am. This has affected my life as my daily schedule requires me to wake up by 5 am now and i don't get enough sleep due to this.

Is ct scan of brain plain detects clots in brain . Or can i go for mri brain . And anther one is can i go for mri brain and mri cervical spondalytes one day.

I was on NCC treatment wysolone 80 mg initially with albendazole 1600 mg per day after stopping wysolone (tapered to 10 mg) I am having some fatigue and weakness in leg and arms along with some pain. At night feel light headed and feverish. Steriods were given to me for around 7 weeks and for AED it was initially levipil 1g but after developing anxiety it was changed to brevipil 100 mg which I am continuning. Please help.

Hi, I am asking this question for my mother. Last year she got covid-19 and as one of the symptoms she was facing was weakness and shaky legs which mostly recovered later. But since then she often complains of shakiness when getting up from seated position. Like she takes bath seated and after getting up she feels so or sitting on sofa. It is not frequent but it is there. Her Diabetes type 2 is in control. Someone advised us to visit neurologist as our physician is unable to help. Can someone please suggest?

Hello, I have been taking care for my father along with mother for his day today activities since he cant walk since a year. We take him for bath or walking by keeping his hands on our neck. He is of weight87 and lot of pressure he keeps on our neck. Problem facing: Lot of pain surrounding neck, many a times headache, while teaching sometimes feel like i will fall down (may be fainting), sometimes while walking i feel pain (like cramps in legs). I also feel pain in hands when i eat by standing and holding a plate in hand and eat. What are the issues Thankyou

Hello, From past week i notice it takes time to recalling things and i forgot easily. For example : i get a picture of restaurant but not got the name of restaurant yesterday night. Or it takes time. Something i have focused to remember yesterday can not able to remember today...i only got pictures. Sometimes i got back head pain also. My eyes is heavy/sleepy even i sleep for 8hours. Can not able to concentrate on my laptop. Is it normal or something is issue? Kindly help. Is my memory normal?

I get cramps usually when I go to sleep. Sometimes it becomes difficult for me to bear the pain due to cramp.

My husband has some wound in one finger but recently it got spreading to all fingers with some irritations in palm and it is spreading now into leg fingers also. Attached the photo for the reference.

It is told that imbalance between ear, eyes and central nervous system during motion is the cause of motion sickness . But my question is when I travel in train or ride in motor cycle then no problem at all but only when I  ride on bus and car severe motion sickness which cannot be relieved by avomine or stugeron tablet . Why only bus and car motion sickness but no problem in train and motorcycle ???

My daughter currently in usa has bells palsy from last 2 weeks. She's showing improvement now. But having pain in her face in the areas marked in the pic attached. Also ask, What could be causing pain in those areas?  Is it safe to do facial massages/exercises on affected side? Or should I wait till there is improvement?  How to prevent synkinesis during recovery? What causes synkinesis ?  Asking in this forum as she is facing delay in getting neurologist appt in usa
