Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, I am feeling a throbbing pain in my back whenever I deep breath or get a hiccup. I suffer from cervical and a recurring kidney stones. Could that be cause of the same or this is something else? Thanks!

From past days i am always confused and it take time to recall things. I searched google and it says demantia. I cant focus any more and i have also back head pain mostly. What would be the region. I does not enjoy things anymore from past days.

I woke up one day and didn't feel right. I felt like I was sleep deprived. That disorientating feeling of not being able to fully process things going on. I was sleeping fine and was getting enough good quality sleep. This was 3 months ago and it's still an issue. I feel barely awake, it's like my brain isn't working properly. I can't properly look at things and take them in. I can see them fine but it actually hurts my head to try and focus on an object. My head just hurts and feels tense when doing the simplest tasks. I just can't feel normal. I used to feel extremely awake and energised. But this feels like a filter has been placed over myself and it's horrible. It's so hard to explain, but it can almost cause things to not feel real sometimes. I know they are but my mind is so tired it's like being sleep deprived when you are just too tired to process and work properly. But that's how I feel all the time. And it's just strange how it came on over night just like that.

All time dizziness as if someone is pulling  prevails for about 5 days. Doesnt have ear problem or carvical spine injury. Suffering from stress for 3 months incessantly.cannt understand the cause behind it. Should i go for mri with contrast or without contrast or ct scan? In detecting tumors which will be the best?

I am taking betacap and bexol for tremors. From the past few days my arms are getting stiff .It starts with left arm then after some time both arms get stiff.my movements have become slow as a result. After taking rest (sleep) stiffness vanishes for 2 hours and then starts to go stiff again

Injured myself while lifting. The pain started with my lower back and leg. Now the leg has no pain my lower back, right buttock especially moving and sitting, and the whole spinal cord is in excruciating pain. There is a stiffness like a knot in my left neck as well. But the pain and the numbness are at the right side and the spine itless. Taking physiotherapy but it is not getting better. MRI report is attached.
