Brain and Spine Problems

Iam Bp and sugar patient. Last 2 days Head left side,left eye left corner,Left ear back side and front side pain  rotated . Before that heavy teeth pain also suffered 5 days. Please suggest me. Thank you.

I have been having headache for 1 week on left top side of my head. It has mild rightness and stabbing pain during the day and is more painfull whenever I wake up in the middle of the night to pee. And the pain increases while moving my head as if like the brain is touching the wall of my head.

My father met with an accident and sustained brachial plexus injury..his left hand is not functioning..he is having severe neuropathic pain..he is taking pregaba M 75 tablet twice a day( suggested by our physiotherapist).. only then he is able to manage the pain..his age is 70 years..is it safe to take pragaba M 75 twice a day ,as methylcobalamin  increases vit b12 level in the blood??... kindly help me

Many doctors prescribe Neurobion Forte tablet in very low Vitamin B12. My question is how it can increase Vitamin B12 because it contains Cynacoblamin only 15 mcg ?? Please reply.

Doctor is this mra of neck arteries fine can you plzzzzzzz check this let me know I did mra because was having pain to make sure about dissection i did just see if this is normal

Patient is having severe headache at time and also complaining about the giddiness. As of now for headache and giddiness vertin, elwel, naxdom tablets are used.. Any other medication will be given other than that..??

Hi sir/mam        6 hours before my mother had fallen from the bike, and she had fallen on  a small sharp stone and she got injured back of the head (crown area which is  top of the nape area).After falling she is alright like she does not have any vomiting and headache. Just she got high bleeding for some time and we consulted our local doctor he cleaned and done dressing and was given medication. The wound was cut small and he said it does not require any stitches. Does it require any further consultation or does it require any mri/ct scan. I am sharing the images pls suggest to me if any further higher consultation is required.

Hello.  I would like to check the condition of my spine. I feel pain in the back and neck for last 1.5 year. Its was not so nig deal before, but i am feelinghow now it became increased.   details: every day I feel tension in the neck, as if the cervical vertebrae are squeezed by each other.  muscle tension.  crunch in the neck.  I try to do exercises in the morning, and a little stretching, but this gives only a temporary result.  tension is felt when I bend my head down or to the sides, especially in those places where the neck is attached to the skull.  sometimes, during the stretch, te neck crunches so hard, as if the vertebrae fell into place.  it's about the neck Lower back: lower back become painful for last 2 months only, in the end of a day. But it's really big muscles pain each evening. I also trying to do stretching for tgat, but it's not enough. That's why I really want to do full survey of my spine

Dear sir Since two three months my left hand , left shoulder blade, left hand arm slightly paining. And left hand fingers skin and arm skin some places feeling like burning and paining. Left down jaw and head background and left side feeling slight pain. Last one year I have been suffering from fatty liver, after diet guided dietician ,now feeling good. After few days in blood reports LDL increased to 120 and hdl decreased to 38. After diet LDL 98 and hdl came to 42. But this left hand hand side slight pain not going.ecg , echho and TMT came normal. Kindly guide ,whether this is related to neural weakness or sitting posture. Thanking you sir

Mother is on tidomet plus 1 tablet 3 times a day over a week. Experiences extreme nausea, loss of appetite and weakness, stomach and headaches. Kindly help.
