Brain and Spine Problems

My left leg is swollen and i feel pain when I keep my feet down and walk. I sense no pain when I sleep or keep my leg above my chest level. The pain is exactly at my rear lower part of the leg and moves to the feet . Please advice should I be visiting an orthopedic or neurologist

Hello sir /mam.accidently I had a fall. And there was swelling on my forehead. But now swelling is moving down to nose and my under eyes. My under has became puffy and purplish blue in color. What to do nw.

Hello doctor I have anxiety from 6 months . One day I got palpitations so I took ecg it showed sinus tachycardia. And I also did 2d echo test and it was normal. So doctor prescribed medicines like betacap tr 20mg and nexito plus and I'm using.. after a week later I took another ecg and it was normal. But only thing is I'm feeling a pulsing like electrical sensation in neck and upper back of head. It was weird . What is the cause pls help me out ? Is this anything serious?

My father had 2 ischemic stroke. In 2020 he had stroke in PCA territory. At that time Aspirin 75 MG along with Atrovastin 20 MG was started. After that, in 2022 he faced another lacunar stroke. After that the dosage of Aspirin was increased to 150 MG. And rest of the medicines were kept same. Now , my question is how can we prevent any more stroke in future ? Can you tell whether single antiplatelet therapy is good for prevention of future stroke ? Or dual antiplatelet therapy ( Aspirin 75 MG + Clopidogrel 75 MG) is a better choice than single antiplatelet therapy (Aspirin 150 MG ) ? Please share your suggestion from your clinical experience. For any change in medicine we shall take Physical Consultation from the Neurologist who was treating.

Hi doctor, I have been taking low mood medicine Tripag 10 for the last 15 days. My mood lifted a little bit and I also don't have heavyness in my head but i always feel dryness in my mouth. Also not able to go to the road due to dryness of mouth. Kindly suggest how to overcome this problem. This problem affected me a lot.

I had been diagnose with mild peripheral neuropathy due to Vit. B12. I have hypothyroidism pcod and high blood pressure also. The treatment for neuropathy ended. But still after few months I am sensing a very very mild tingling sensation in both legs from 2 days. Although I can walk properly, I can do daily activities.

At night i didn't get sleep morning maybe getting 2 hours sleep so I am facing some problem in my professional career
