Prolactin 89.5 , 28f Symptoms - on and off numbness of head left side eyes pain eyes twitching headaches and feverish symptoms Upper back left shoulder blade middle back pain since Nov 2020 (more in the morning while stretching doing work less while lying down) Always feeling heaviness in head Recently identifies milky discharge from breasts 10 days used resiperidone 1 mg on 7th day we notified milky discharge is it due to medication or any tumour related ? Should I undergo MRI brain I had MRI full back spine in 2021 for upper back pain it came out normal Also have swelling near ankle foot no pain No sleep Had history of 3 head ct unecessary (2017,2018 Jan 2) Hrct chest 2020 (ruling out covid but no covid) Chest X-rays 3 for medical screening for other countries I use phone a lot do I get tumour or have and can I take MRI again after these many past scanning s is it harmful?

Im asking this for my brother (26 years old), he is having continuous tension type headache in front and sometimes in the right back side of the head from the past 3-4 days, also he is complaining that his eyes feels heavy, he is quite stressed from last 20 - 25 days regarding his job, his BP was 115/51(measured through digital machine) in the morning. I am very concerned about him,i wanted to ask: 1. If this is from stress 2. Whom should i consult? GP or Neurologist? 3. Please Suggest some tests which need to be done. The area under my lower lip is twitching after intervals (in and out) since yesterday night. I don't know if its a nerve or a muscle. What can be the cause and what can I do to stop it?

From a week when i wake up i have very slight pain in top of head which increases continuously and gets peak at night and also radiates to back of the head. What would be reason? Kindly please help me.

I am facing severe headache twice or thrice a week. Sometimes it started morning when waking and last for few hours. Or sometimes random time it starts and last for few hours. Initially it starts in both the forehead and back of head then after sometime the pains shifts to only one side(left) from  front to back and pain in shoulder too. And then the pain goes off. I am not to take pain killers and waits till the pain goes by itself. This is happening now frequently and worried if this could be serious issue.

I have frequent migrain attacks , can i take the Rizact 10mg once in 15 days..are there any side effects if i take onece in 15 days.

Balance disorder goes on , concentration problem, sometimes i cannt catch running words. Eye sight increases (cylindrical lens) Ent dr prescribes vertin 8 mg thrice for 15 days a day. He said ear is ok.Mild improvement in balance disorder but all the symptoms go on. Mri without contrast done. Result normal. Cannt understand what to do. Should i opt for contrast mr? Please dr help me out

Whenever I apply oil or conditener on scalp it give pain. So i stopped using it now my scalp feels like tingling all time please tell how to treat it. I am just 21 yr old

Not waking up with any excitement. Not excited to do anything. Always thinking something. Late night thoughts. Feels like there's no more fun in life. Already have a good paying job but still tensed about career and other things. Suddenly I become happy and sometimes too serious. Sometimes I feel I am not enjoying my life like others of my age. Feels like I started working full time too early, should have enjoyed life like others for some time and then should have started my work life. Lost my father 2 years ago, feelings didn't come out back then (didn't even shed a single tear), can this all have a connection with my father passing away?

Done mri brain without contrast for all day long dizziness. It found nothing. Some said brain tumor or lesion best detected in mri with contrast. Can i go for that ? Can mri without contrast miss possible lesion?
