Brain and Spine Problems

I have a neck pain from last 4 days. When I turn my head to left side, some pain happened in Joint of neck and head. I used I-MR tablet it gives relief but next day same problem Repeated. There is no pain when I play games, when I take a Hot Bath. Pain come and go. Again come and go. What is the reason? What medication I need? And Tell me any Home remedies for relief☺. Please Help me.

When ever if i am falling to sleep my head feels very heavy and pressure and feels like it will blast . And that too I have to keep some soft pillows below otherwise again that pressure feeling started .is it due to nerve issue ?
