Brain and Spine Problems

I feel bloated and currently feeling numbeness in forearm and legs when I like down.please help me which doc to consult

I have gone through an open surgery in head before 12yrs am getting regural headache and vomiting now I feel my oneside ear is not hearing properly pls give the suggestion

Some time when I tilt my head or Lean forward there is water like substance dripping out of my nose. I am not suffering from cold. What should I do ??

I am having ringing in ears and dizziness for 3 weeks now. Today, i got into hospital and they said that my optic nerve is swollen. Its around 5.5mm in diameter. They diagnosed it as Papilledema and then did lumber puncture. Where CSF opening pressure was 27. I am scared of some brain tumor or MS. Please suggest what it could be? Doctor is saying for surgery.

Ct scan brain plain normal means we have no clots in brain. My self done and i got normal . Or otherwise can i go for mri

Hello , last 3 days i am suffering head pain and pressure . I taken a paracitamol 650 mg but still facing problem. Sometimes felling nausea and eye burning not all time . In previous days like when I working under the sun ☀️ then felling headache but last 3 days i am in my home but till now facing pain . Actually i am fearing this issue like brain tumor etc .
