Hi doctor ,
I have migraine today in office i was talking in phone and working hold the phone with support of my neck , suddenly it felt like shock in neck for seconds , now experiencing pain in neck and head

probably is a sprain of the neck muscles
it should settle with muscle relaxation and rest.
if not improving with rest may require tablets for a couple of days.
