I have random twitching in my body it usually happens in arm, chest , back nd jaw area whenever i get these am panicking alot . Is it serious? Sometimes also pins nd needles on my head and tightness in forehead along with eye pressure . Few months back i had on nd off chest pain now also it comes nd subsides within few mins done ecg echo all came normal . Sometimes am feeling dizzy as well.
