Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doc . There is a seviour pain in my neck which moves towards my right hand arm ... The earlier med which I took reduced my appetite n I have lost weight also . the MRI reports r attached plz tell me what to do

Lack of coordination,especially little and 4th finger numbness,pain in night time,unable to play cricket, volleyball,playing basketball is too difficult for me a loss of coordination in your fingers. a tingling or burning sensation in your hand. pain. hand weakness that may get worse with physical activity. a loss of grip strength.

Many times I am suffering from head ache, generally after 3 PM to 5 PM daily this symptom reaches. I generally sleep after 12 daily at night & gets up after 8 AM. But after working for some time I feel little drowsy & out of energy. As I am a marketing professional, i remain out late for work. Also since last 2-3 years I am feeling that I have gone loss of memory drastically. Earlier I used to memorize everything for long time but now unable to recall any recent happenings & names also. Please advice for fresh & better day time work and for sharp memory power.

Sir/maam, my mom keeps on getting headache and vertigo. and after a lot of medicines given to her she isnt feeling good. she feels good for 1 week after given medicines but again it starts wat should i do abt it..??

I suffered a Stoke two years back which was a result of High BP. Stoke affected left side body parts and paralysed them. Nowadays I am having constant high BP I am prescribed for Olmesatran Medoxomil (fourty)mg and Ecosprin-AV . What steps should I take to lower BP.

I have done night shifts for continuous 8 years and now I am not able to sleep at night without a sleeping pill. Please advise if there is any solution.

My right hand is paining since 10 years. Usually if I take weight I used to get more pain . but now I have continues pain from my neck till the tip of right hand.

I met with an accident approx 7-8 months back ..I still have swelling where I got stitches and it's pain suddenly (impulsive pain) and I still suffer from dizziness... And vomiting, and a little bit affect to my memory also...I don't use to remember the things as I used to remember earlier.
