Brain and Spine Problems

MRI scan for spine and identified as diffuse bulging of intervertebral Disc noted c4 c5 level causing mild compression Of dural sac. And Intervertebral Discs Space appears mildly hypo intense for lumber spine. Rest everything is normal. I want to know reason behind lower back pain. It pains heavily while sitting.. I have consulted neurology doctors and they told me to do excersize. I'm getting temporary relief after excersize but not permanent. I'm doing excersize from last 3 months regularly. Will only excersize is enough to cure me?? I had vitamin d deficiency and taking medicine for same.. Will vitamin d deficiency causes back pain?? I'm really sacred... Plz help me.

My dad is a perkinson patient for last 5-6 years. Recently his tremors has increased severely and he is not able to take food by himself. Also he is not getting enough strength to walk or stand properly. Please let me know what I should do.

Initially the treatment was effective BT after 3 months my left optic nerve was sweelled. I consulted another doctor due to lack of ur appointment. He prescribed steroids. Bt I have still some blurring in my left eye doctor. Will u please give any advice??

It's been more than a month I am getting severe headaches frequently. Mostly before going to bed every night or after direct exposure to sun during daytime. These headaches affect my day to day activities. What could it be?

I m diagnosed with very low vitamin D 25.56nmo/L. I got severe chest pain in right side upto jaw and m not able to sleep in night due to chest pain. Feel tired all the time and weakness. Hello, I am 28F. I got my left ear operated in Dec (last week) and from Jan 1st week this year hv got constant muscle spasm in neck. Hv consulted general physician to pain specialist to orthopaedic to physiotherapist to rhemotologist. Nothing seem to be giving me relief.hv eaten pills like anything.All these medicines have been giving me temp relief.The pain aggravates during night time resulting in me taking pain killers at round 3-4am. I am also doing constant walks to prayanam and exercises ,but nothing seems to be working on me :( the pain goes to my head ears and forhead.the muscle seems to be bursting. All my reports like MRI, xray, blood test etc. are normal Rhemotologist suggested that this pain could be bcoz of stress n thus gave me anti-depression meds that gave me side effects like heavy dizziness.however i stopped taking them after 5 days . Please help me with the right doc to consult and exercises.Also m taking acidity med as some says it cud be coz of gastric or acidity.
