Brain and Spine Problems

My query is that whenever i sit silently i feel that i am moving forward and backward. Its a shaking sensation. It keeps on happening whole day. Its been happening since 1+ year. I have been prescribed "petril 0.25" still no relief. Can you plz tell what disease i am having and what type of diagnosis can accurately tell about it.

I have been suffering headache since last 45 days , pain goes away when i take normal medicine but after 10-12 hours again pain arises.

Having hand pain for a day very severe BP is high 180/95. Does hand pain causes high BP? ECG and brain MRI scan are normal.
