Brain and Spine Problems

I have been noticing that my focus, concentration, memory decreasing. I couldn't remember the thing for exam. Less recall power. Less reciting capibility

Age-19 male , I've been frequently getting pain on left portion of my head till eye when it happens it is not bearable i am wearing glasses of power -7.50 from age of 8-9 also my nose is always half open not completly it is always blocked kindly till me what to do. As i am student it bothers me lot.

On 15 August2016 , i was returning from gym, and walking back home suddenly i felt like instant weakness ,felt dizzy, like something popped inside me, i thought i was gonna die, so i reached home and feeling a little out of breath,i wasn't able to eat complete dinner,at midnight we went to hospital , they said dehydration gave me glucose , but i had a lot water at gym, so next day we went to a doctor Medicine and Cardiology , he checked me , blood tests were normal,, he said i remembered something and i panicked but i don't have anything that depresses or burdens me , ;later i started feeling pains or pins in stomach , had a Contrast CT scan of whole Abdominal and ultrasound everything came out normal and stomach problem went away , CT of Neck , everything normal, than CT of head , since i have sinus problem which is old and i know it, so currently i keep touching my scalp and hairs , i feel jerks when i move my jaws sometimes, my right jaws crackle sometimes

I have to drag my left leg as it is not functioning normally naturally. Like the right one. The problem I m facing since last 6 month and bcoz of which I referred number of doctors and lately 2 neurophysician referred me to u.

Hii,I m inderjert singh 31 years male I have vertigo which come and goes since last many years.I dont feel any ear pronlem at that time.Only problem is sudden vertigo.Somrtimes It doesnt occur for year

I have been headache from last 4 days 4months back It has started from left side of my neck and spread towards my shoulder and arms.... Extreme pain.... Then I had joined physiotherepy and join ultrasonic ans tense and physically exercises.... Now arms and shoulders are much better but middle of head is having totally worst pain,not forehead.... I checked my BP 3days before it was 140/95 and 2days back it was 140/90and yesterday it was 130/100 after that I had taken BP medicine and after that it was 120/72....stomach is also not gud.... Pls suggest what is it.... Why pain in head and fluctuate BP and stomach upset...

Dear Sir /Madam,I am 34 years old .I was diagnosed with BPAD in the year 2004.And still now I am on medication with mood stabilzers.Unexepectedly I developed chicken pox in the year 2005 which led to Post Chicken pox cerebelities making my nervous system weak .My motor activities with speech ,hand eye coordination was drastically damaged.The tremors in the hands are miserable to handle routines.All these years, Physiotheraphy proved futile,with micro level improvement.And the feedback from the doctors reveal that the Psychiatry medicines are stalling the improvement in the nervous system.My query is that ,can I go for an alternative treatment for the nervous problem(say ayurvedic) simultaneously continuing the Psychiatry medicines.In doing so, does it have any side effect on my mental or physical health.Kindly guide me.
