Right hand side of head ache problem persists from last 10 days after ihad remove the back side of teeth from that time onwards finding the like itching some like gastrocyte type

Having lower back pain, L3,L4, history of mild disc prolapse, Advised key hole surgery, is there any latest technology to treat such complaints, Thanks

I have a bad Headache last 2 days, even yesterday I came from my office only for this reason and with vomating.

Took doppler scan - the report says dilated superficial veins with perforated incompetence; mild subcutaneous edema seen. Dear doctor. Had a strange sensation of twitching sometimes inside head, at times in parts of hands while about to sleep yesterday night. ( Also in light sleep).
