Brain and Spine Problems

I'm a 19 yo girl. I have headache since 2 yrs. It's getting worse with time. I have breathing problems. Feel giddy all the time. Darkness takes over when i get up or try to walk. Can't sleep at night. Very restless. Stressful and strange dreams. Get irritated with even slightest of noise. I feel cold even in summers. Confused all the time. Jumbles words while typing. Fumbles while talking. I had sinus earlier. No more though just a few sneezes in the morning thats it. MRI of nose showed nasal septum deviation. Doc said surgery. Didn't get it done cos they say its useless. Got a number of tests done. WBC count is more. And ESR is a bit more. Doc said not to worry. I'm nauseous and tired always. I get irritated and angry at everything. Can't go outside cos i feel sick, like everything wil fall on me. Medications are not at all working. I have constipation. My height and weight ard really bad i dont look like a 19 yo girl. I'm tired of all this. Donno what's wrong with me. Pls help

I am suffering pain 3 months due to disc degeneration L4-L5, so i want to consult regarding my treatment

I've been having a constant headache for about two to three month along with sinusitis , persistent nausea , stiff and tilted neck and really poor memory and balance. Could it be a brain tumor?

I am suffering severe headache and niche pain, actually it was started with ear pain , i was used tablet for that after 1 week this headache has started and niche pain also is there .

At d time of 3 molar excavation my alveolar nurve damage so from Tuesday in my mouth left part numbness severe pain in my mind please suggest solution of this problem

From the age of 15 years I used to get sharp pain or electrical shocks on my right shoulder and when it happens my entire arm just fell on such force like wgen someone pushes you at a speed if 100kmph. And for 10 to 15 minutes neither i could lift my arm or move and my neck pains on right side and my shoulder biceps pain lasts for 3 days or for more than a week. I once consulted an orthopedic and he gave some medications and for one month physiotherapy. But then of no use, from that age and now i am 32 years old. But what annoys more is that the pain shifted to my left shoulder and happens the same like with my right shoulder.. I dont know what is thus situation and whom to consult. Now im having pain on my neck, shoulders and biceps... I some where read and heard that this case of mine is can be called as "trapped nerve" in neck region or "cervical pain" Please review and help me with this and let me know to which specilist to ve consulted... Thank you

Yesterday night, when I went to bathroom suddenly I fell down and becam unconscious for almost two minutes. After that my wife look at me and drop some water on me to gain consciousness. I didn't even remember when I went to bathroom.

I am having severe paid in the low back in the center and also right side of LS region from last 5 weeks. Taking Axogurd 1500/75, one in the evening at 7.00 PM since 10 days. Is there any injection so that nerves contraction is released. Or any other treatment. I am diabetic patient from last 12 years, taking trivolib forte (1-0-1) and instamet 500/50 (0-1-0).

Continuous Headache for last 10 days with low BP and weakness.Currently on leave from Office.Consulted General Physician but no relief from Medicine.Conducted CT scan & general eye check up but everything is normal.Actually the main problem behind the headache is Stress at work for the last 3 months.

Having Headache for last 6 days .Don't know whom to contact??Is it migraine or normal head ache ?????
