Brain and Spine Problems

Sir, i am 27 Yrs old male, having problem of disc bulge and disc herniation for last 9-10 months..and am doing treatment fr the same from begining but no permanent relief has been provided by any doctor. Request you to kindly advice about how to treat this permanently as am facing tough problem in amsitting for more than 10-15 mins. Please help. Is it curable by medicine (i dun think so as i am doing this from last 9-10 months) or it need to b operated??

Headache due to stress in mind. It happens while bending down, having any kind of mental pressure, lifting heavy weights etc.

Suffering lower back jamming which is never released since years and this directly affecting my mental capability and health and vice versa and also affecting in chest tightness. Feels blankness in my head and stress and feels movement in brain I think this is the neurological problem. Please help me regarding this.

MRI: NO SIGNIFICANT BRAIN PARENCHYMAL/STRUCTURAL ABNORMALITY IS SEEN. Neurologically dull,drowsy,cofused,irritable,low verbal output,normal cranial nerve,normal pupilary reaction,tone-normal,power-moving all 4 limbs, DTR+in all 4 limbs with planters equivocal bilaterally with normal sensory and cerebellar system examination. EEG: S/O Generalized fast beta activity. Patient was managed witg I/V fluid,steroid,antiviral,AED,tab. Calcirest max,PPI,multivitamin,and supportive medication were given. No evidence of acute infarct in diffusion weighted images/ADC MAPS. No evidence of neuroparenchymal hemorrhage or ICSOL. No abnormal parenchymal or leptomeningeal enhancement is seen. No significant brain parenchymal/structural ABNORMALITY is seen. Brain stem& both cerebellar hemisphere are unremarkable. No asymmetry seen. no slow wace ABNORMALITY seen. No foacal/generalized epileptiform discharges seen. Background rythm shows Generalized fast beta activity. Brain mapping has also been done

Dear doctor Two years back I suffered neck and shoulder pain...it got settled after taking physiotherapy almost 75 % recovered...but still I am experiencing pain in left hand and shoulder ...recently taken MRI also enclosed...now orthopedic Dr advised me to take physiotherapy and I am doing that... But I would like to know whether it's curable with yoga and ayurvedic treatment...pl suggests me ... and does weight loss will help me ...

I was having neck pain severely 2 years back and now almost 75% reduced with the help of physiotherapy.. But 25 % pain in left hand remains as it is...recently taken MRI which says bulging in c4 and c5...again orthopedic Dr advised me to do physiotherapy...I am in marketing and I have to travel ...my question is that ...is it permanently curable with yoga? I am myself feeling inactive and tired... Your suggestions please..

I feel like electric shock in head. I get neck n shoulders pain. If I do excersise for neck pain. I ll be fine. If not the shock n pain persist. Can u suggest whom should I consult for this ?? R should I continue excersise oly
