Procedure 2: intrarterial nimodipine given on 15/5/2016.mild vasospasm involving b/l m1-mca and A1-ACA (R>L), 3mg nimodipine instilled in rt ica and 2mg instiled in left ica postnimodiine runs revealed reduction in vasospasm
