Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from severe backache from last 4 days. Tried meds and sprays everything but its not healing. The pain not constant, its moving here and there and now it spreads to my waist and back. What to do, plz help?

Hit my head really hard a few minutes ago and I felt dizzy and I felt my tongue numb and had this weird taste and I felt my hands and legs go numb for a few seconds and now I have a bump should I be concerned ?

Frequently having severe headaches accompanied by vomiting/vomiting sensation from last 3 months. Sometimes feels sensitivity towards sound. Sound causes extreme irritation.

I've been having severe migraine for past 5 years.It usually happens 1-2 times a week and never last more than 12 hours.It is unilateral pain radiating from temples to eyes and years of same side.It usually occurs after stressful period,physical impact on head,or due to some large intensity sound.It also occurs out of blue.I find relief only after curling up for hours in a dark room .I've been taking painkillers for this since i find it difficult to even ascend the stairs or to crouch down to pick something.Rarely i feel nauseous too.I;m 68 kg in wt and 159 cm in ht.So i need a management that does not make me gain weight.Also I'm a renal stone patient.I also suffer from mild respiratory problems and Dysmenorrhea too.

Here is report of father. i very much worried. Please help - IMPRESSION : MRI of cervical spine reveals – 1) Degenerative disc disease with right paracentral protrusion & right neural foramina narrowing at C4-C5 & C-C6 causing impingement of exiting nerve roots at that level alongwith left paracentral protrusion with left neural foraminal narrowing at c6-c7 causing impingement over exiting nerve roots 2) Other degenerative changes in the form of diffuse disc bulge, neural foramina narrowing, disc desiccation & annular tear as mentioned above.

My wife has been complaining about pain in left hand and both shoulders. Got her ECG done which was fine. Doctors suggested to get checked by orthopaedic for spondylitis.

Sir, my Mom 41 years old, had a seizure about a year and a half ago. The seizures are like, tingling sensations in hand and foot palms and then my Mom gets unconscious without any body jerk or movement for about 10-15 minutes. Now 4 days earlier she had the same seizure and immediately admitted to a local hospital. He was discharged but frequent tingling sensations still occur with itching on the body. Left body got paralysed, some blood clots found in vain of brain. Situation is getting bad , now she is facing problem to eat anything, earlier she was eating easily. We also observed that she started imagining objects. allopathy & physiotherapy treatment is already going on but not that much of improvement.

I have been Feeling dificulties during sleep at night since 2years.when i try to sleep so that time i start think anything like such as what did i did today and what will i do tommorrow in school ...i start think anythings ...sir iam very tense with it... Please help me..!!!

It all started 5 months ago. I can't think clearly, feel disconnected, difficulty in remembering things and pain in neck which occur when i move my head sideways and upward and is permanent and also involuntary muscle movement which occur sometimes.It all started from the day when i studied 6hrs non stop focusing on my book with my neck downwards. At that time i had head spinning but it went down of its own in 2 days but left these symptoms to me. Currently i am in consult with a doctor but he is not able to help much. I sleep 8-9 hrs regularly. I always live happy and I don't think its a case of depression. I think due to neck problem i am having these symptoms. Please help Thank You
