Brain and Spine Problems

I am 19 M. I have lower back pain when I bend over. I can't sit and stand in one position for a longer period of time, this creates a big problem as I am a student. I can't even sit with my back straight and legs straight in bed making 90degree angle. It's been about a week now. As far as I came to know through Google, I believe these are symptoms of herniated disk.

Feeling pain in lower back n not able to walk n move my body at all.pain on entire left side of body

My age 69 years i have facing paralysis strokes of right side....... Right hand & Right leg full pain and its felt like freezing....

Severe headache and spine pain and back ache. Eye pain at times and tiredness... Feel restless because of all this pain

I had cervical spine surgery, its been a month now, i was given a neck collar to wear whenever i am sitting or walking, its been a month and how much long do i have to wear the collar

Phobia about something, bp low,negativity about everything,tightness in dick,feel weekness short temperd , panic

Left leg sciatica pain After sitting for long time and walking long time also pain while doing stretching

My father faces an accident in the month of Oct 30 2015,because of this blood clotted in 5-6 places in his head. But after treatment in the month of Feb 2016 docs found that the clotted bloods not there. But after accident he has some problems like short temper, he iss forgetting easily.

Apollo doctors (neurosurgeon)has recommended to go for surgery.Should I opt for laser spine surgery or not ?
