Brain and Spine Problems

Iam suffering from migraine. first I can see aura reflection and after that head pain and vometing. its happen daily twice a day.plz suggest something.

A small welldefined cystic lesions of csf density , measurement 25mm . 20 mm size in right C P Angle s/o Arachnoid cyst . Is operation is necessary in this problem

My mother is 50 years old. She has been on medication for sleeping disorder and depression after i was born (around 32 years now). She was fine all these years with medication for sleep in the night. from last few years her condition has worsen and her psychiatrist says she is schezophrenic. From last one year she has shaky hands. She spills food while eating, she brings a cup of tea half of it is fallen. we did ask the pyschiatrist if its the side effect of medicenes for which he said No. She is unable to walk for even 500 meters, she walks for 5 mins and her legs pain badly. she feels she is week. I have also noticed that she remembers everything from past well but sometimes forget what happened recently. she is not very alert. even if we talk to her i feel she is unable to concentrate on what we are saying. constantly thinking about something. She is too stressed for smallest things- what will i cook for next meal, do i have sufficient vessels, maid doesn't come, how will i manage.

Not doing any motor activities and he is 12 months old baby.and tuft of hair is growig in operated area

Back head pain for 10+ days in month and sometimes have eye / nearby eye pain. Already checked eye and general doctor but nobody can not be cure and found problems.

I've been experiencing persistent pain in neckline and spine from around 6-7 months. Already have consulted a few doctors and according to them, it's a possibility of Cervical Spondylitis. I'm a working person so not able to visit a doctor multiple times so looking for online assistance.

My father suddenly yesterday got the voice issue .He is not able to speak at all . He has done root canal a week before and when he got this voice issue problem we went to doctor near by and they checked the blood pressure and found it's too high I.e., 200 ~100 And than we went for ECG in one hospital and that we found is normal.After that we went for a brain MRI scan and in the report it was mentioned at the last ~maxillary sinusitis . We got many medicines .He is not able to write as well now properly and not able to ear anything . Some body has suggested to go Sir Gangaram hospital for the diagnosis and to check with the neurosurgeon specialist,but we got the appointment day after tomorrow. Kindly advice if any.

I've been facing this problem since the past 9-10 days. The numbness spreads from behind my ear to the top of the head, only on one side at one time. But it has happened on both left and right sides of the head. The numbness remains for sometime, around 30 seconds or so, and then disappears. Today I have also had problems such as problems with concentration, foggy mind and slurred speech at the very end of the sentences. Also there is very mild pin and needles feeling allover my head and near eyes and ears. I have booked an appointment with a neurologist tomorrow, but should i wait until then? or should i go and get checked today itself. Will taking anti-inflammatory medicines help? as I have always had swelling and pain on my neck and shoulders and i believe some nerve is getting pinched due to the same swelling.

70+ years old woman unable to get up from bed. severe pain in the middle of the spine. doctors suggested rest on surgical with no movements of any sort for three months. any pain management intervention services available for at least completing the natural calls ???

I had slip disc issue at Neck side and lower back...now i feeling weakness in my right hand and right leg. Sometimes pain also radiate in left hand and left leg also. Its been 1.5 years that i am suffering from it. Pl suggest.
