Brain and Spine Problems

Head pain like stabbing back of my head. It is often along with tiredness, fatigue and dizziness. My bloodtest are normal except for Amylase - 167.6, RBC 6.52, MCV 65.6, MCH 18.9, MCHC 28.7, RDW-SD 34.7,RDW-CV 15.8,Platelet 445, PlateletCRIT(PCT) 0.45. Thyroid, BP, Diabetics is ruled out by doctor, My B12 is 228( in fasting), Vitamin D is within the sufficiency. I am not Obese and no family history of disease.

Hello dr, my friend gets fits while sleeping, bites his tongue, when gets up he feels body ache, weakness. earlier it was once or twice year. now it has happend almost twice in two weeks. what could be the reason issue? who is the correct dr to be consulted neuro, psychatrits or any other dr.? and who is recommanded dr.

Lost faith on current docter. Need help in identifying the correct doctor. Out of the blue, I experienced an episode of seizure lasting 2 mts for the first time in life in March 16. Was hospitalised for a day. Treated by a Neurologist. All reports Ok except EEG with mild deviations. Stress was identified as perhaps the trigger. Was put on medicine Eptoin 100mg (1 x mor & 2 x eve). After 6 month evaluation my Phenytoin level report put the figure at 6.4. My dosage was increased to 150 mg (1x alternate mor & 2 x eve). Latest phenytoin level was at 6.4 again. Currently I am suffereing psychological side effects such as severe anxiety, over emotional, loss of confidence, low risk appetite among others. I have lost faith on my current doctor. He is rude, over confident and more importantly, his verification process on your site is still pending. Could you please suggest what qualifications am I to look for in a new doctor who can understand the problem and advise accordingly.

Every day when I get up ,I feel heaviness in my head,back of my neck,shoulders and in upper part of my spine..lack of sleep, never feel fresh,most of time feel laziness,some times dizziness also..so much of thoughts under my brain..never able to focus or concentrate on studies. .from past 2 years I m facing the above problems. ..

I had headaches everyday I wake up due to sleeping for long.My doctor suggested ciplar 10mg.But after taking this I have got severe pain in back of neck.This reduced after I stopped tablet.Headache is not there now but another problem arised and This is not less painful than headache.Pain specially in left side of back neck.I s this pain because of ciplar 10?

Thanks Mam as you told me about spondylis he is having a problem in the region C1 & C2 level as my father age is 60+ I'm think is that it's a must surgery in this age in that region it can't be cured by medication.

Wife had brain blood clot and doc is giving actirom to melt it but now bcoz of it inr has increased a lot hence they are doing ffp transmission to bring inr to normal range so I Hope this ffp doesn't increase the brain blood clot again

I had met with an accident 3 year back,There was fractor on small brain and left side also effected,i was unconscious for 5 months 21 days of coma,at beginning i was not able to walk and talk,I am using levipil 500 tablets from that time,Even now i am not able to remember what i read in exam's any solutions.

Hello sir I'm have under gone spine surgery at D10 & D12 Part on 7 Dec 2013. Now I'm facing problem while walking on right leg and sometimes I'm getting lot of jumping on legs and facing bowl problem also so can I know how to get out of from this I'm not getting enough strength.

My wife whose age is 32 years is suffering from depression as I think. We got married in 2005 and we have 10 years old son. There were issues between my parents and my wife at the time of marriage. For more than 07 years, she is living away from my parents with me. Still she don't want to forget those things. For one year, she was with me in Kochi, Kerala. After that, she moved with me to Goa for 05 years. And in April 16, she came with me to Mumbai. Now the situation is getting worse day by day. She started become angry without any reason. She is suffering from breathing problems in night but she don't want to go to doctor even after insisting so many times. She is very keen towards cleaning of house. She forgets everything except cleaning of home. My son is also getting irritated with this. His education is also getting affected. Now a days, if she sees even a fold in the bedsheet, she starts shouting and crying saying that her life is ruined. Please help me out.
