Brain and Spine Problems

Sir,I have listhesis at l4-l5 and sacrilization of L5 has also been found recently. It's been more than 3 years. Now the pain has started radiating to my right leg. It's becoming difficult to walk for long time. I have consulted various orthopaedic doctors and they all are of the opinion that bone fusion surgery is the last resort to my problem. In this context, I want to know if any non surgical treatment is there for this problem??

My brother with weight 32 kg having sibelium 5 mg tablet from last 2 months due to headache.These tablet does not showed any effect.Can sibelium tablet can be dicountinued suddenly nd this will not effect his health if discontinued suddenly.?

I am having Neck Pain from back side. The pain is near head and the neck bone touches. I feel like that. When i move my neck left n right, it makes "kat - kat" like sound. If i put helmet also, neck will start paining. I am not taking pillows also, in the night. I am getting head pains also. Some day left side, some day right side, some day middle of the head. I don't know what is happening to me. Pls help.
