Low back pain
Low back pain for last 05 days..unable to stand and walk. cant give weight on left leg but while resting there is no pain..no pain killer is working it is so painful...pse suggest.

This is acute lumbar radiculopathy. Take some medicine with consultation to neurologist. I think Mri is not always required in lumbar radicular syndrome. Its self limiting in many cases. If there is neurological deficit then only its required.
