Brain and Spine Problems

My mother has a CSF leak, it is coming from her right nose . ENT surgeon in the hospital is saying that it's better go for surgery. general medicine doctor and critical care doctor is saying that it is not an emergency care , lets take the third opinion from any other specialist(ENT/Neurologist) . so that we can proceed for weather to go for surgery or not. Right now, my mother is under medication for healing process and there is some improvement compared to the previous day. So i need a suggestion from someone weather to go for surgery(Endoscopic surgery) or not.

I've being having constant pain in nerves of my arms, back and shoulder leading to swelling since one week.

In MIR (Lumbosacral Spin with DSS) it has been detected that my dad is suffering from Spinal canal stenosis.

I have a headche (migraine), frequently it's coming when I roam outside, sometimes it's pains very hardly. Sometimes it's starts pain back side of head(brain), please any one suggest me to come out of this pain, I am ready to take treatment if it's required,

Feel stiffness in neck and shoulders due to which constantly having pain. Also, feel dizziness and vertigo while sleeping on left side.

Sir,this is is yamesh my dad had pain in his spine after mri we came to know cox in his spine for which he hospitalised doctor told for surgery not got any time for second opinion so had to go for surgery after surgery lost sensation of both legs not able to walk on bed only doctor told as the time goes he will be ok slowly he stopped replying now 6 month over no improvement infact leg pain have again started the bad news is that the doctor who did treatment his hospital has been shut down.Now really not understanding how long dad had to live on bed past 6 month i am also not on job as no one to take care of dad.Cathereter also paining sir before surgery he was ok able to walk but cant sit also. Please do the needful by guiding me how to overcome it

My boyfriend has been having severe headache and muscle pain for two days and is getting worse. What should I do

I have headache since last three days followed by swelling on left hand side near eyebro and Mild fever.

After MRI detected with 1. Limber Spondylosis, 2. Multilevel lumber degenerative disc disease with acute annulus tear at L4, L5 level 3. Diffuse disc bulge at L4, L5 level causing neural foraminal effacement and compression of existing nerve root 4. Spinal Canal narrow L4 L5

I have headache from 6years,neck stiffness from 1 year, right hand is weak, I feel my right hand is numb & tingling. Pain radiates to my hands & legs. I'm feeling difficult to gripping things from hand & my hands will b tight when morning. I cant make a tight wrist . from 2-3months I have ear pain with headache.
