Brain and Spine Problems

I have deficiency of vitamin b12 and vitamin d3. And been in anxiety since childhood. This problem of stiffness and cracking of joints is becoming severe day by day. Tried almost all kinds of medicines but nothing is working for me till now. Please suggest. Thanks in advance

My friend is suffering from brain stroke problem for 2 years due to two blood clots in Brain.she usually gets severe headaches and she is afraid that she will die in near future though doctor assured her it can be cured.Could you plz tell me the factual information and general scenario of brain strokes.

I went for workout in gym in morning, after running, and a little cardio, I experienced fatigue and a little dizziness, but then after few minutes, everything got blackout for like 20 seconds and I was not able to see anything and felt like fainting, I felt like my heart stopped and the blood pressure went down. I was asked to lay down and raise my legs , then I Started to see slowly, after a minute . now after eating breakfast, I am feeling fine but have headache and pain in my hands And pain in my eyes. Should I need to consult a neurologist? Or I would be fine! Please suggest

I had one episode of generelised tonic clonic seizure before i start my medication daily twice .i have been under medication for 21 months.and doctor advised me to stop medication within 5days by taking one dose at night for 5days.after stoping i again had one episode within 3days.i consulted doctor he changed drugs and he asked me to continue drugs till further order.why it so happen for me after 21 months.is it happen because of stopping medication within 5days.pls give me your suggestion.

It consists of a downward displacement of the cerebellar tonsils through the foramen magnum (the opening at the base of the skull), sometimes causing non-communicating hydrocephalus as a result of obstruction of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) outflow. The cerebrospinal fluid outflow is caused by phase difference in outflow and influx of blood in the vasculature of the brain. It can cause, muscle weakness,neck pain, , poor hand coordination (fine motor skills).Various surgery done from me to improve the muscle weaknesss but there is no improvement till now.
