Brain and Spine Problems

My friend(girl of age-23 yrs) is severely suffering from headaches with body pains and vomiting sometimes for last 2 yrs. The frequency has been increased recently. It is due to 2 blood clots in her brain.The Consulted doctor assuring her and to be confident that it can be cured.But she is worrying and afraid that she may die in near future. In view of this , Could you plz clarify the actual scenario of brain strokes,its affect on human body,its treatment and the duration. I also wanted to know the rate of deaths due to brain strokes in general. Thanking you.

Patient has gone through surgery on 3/09/16 DOC's note: posterior decompression with laminectomy with disectomy (L4-L5) with pedicle screw fixation L4 ,L5 and S1 with interleminar fusion (Gbone with autologus bone graft) Now patient is facing swelling on legs with pain. Please suggest me what may be the causes,and what should be done. Thanks  Mohit

Hello, I am asking for my wife, as she have pain in lower spine and she told me that her legs got swelled and she is unable to sit, if she tries she have pain in both legs, I have consult with an orthopaedic, and he suggests to do x-ray of spine, after seeing report, he told me that she have tuberculosis in lower spine, and start the medication, which I have mentioned in query. I am worried about her, please suggest me what I should to do.

I'm struggling with migrains and headaches for these past couple of months, some stay for a hour and some stay for maximum 8 days. I have been drinking panados only one a day which worked fine but later turned into 4 every 4hours then i switched to 1 myperdol which lead to 3 every 4 hours, now i use Adcodol once a day for the past few days. I have had an incident where i woke up in the middle of the night with a pounding headache which leads to numbness in my finger tips (yet i haven't experience it again) i was rushed to a midnight clinic they said i was busy getting a cold though i never did get one. I want to know why am i getting these constant headaches? Ps Boold and sugar and cholestrol levels i don't have a problem with.

Hello Doctor my sister has been suffering from severe headache from past 3-4years, and she has been diagnosed for eye problems, migraine but nothing specific has been known till now and the pain is very severe and generally continues for 2-3days in one go. Also she gets irritated with loud noise and generally the pain is continuous with severe pain for Atleast once a week. Last month we consulted a dr from BHU, he prescribed CT SCAN & ECG and prescribed 8 medicines. But when she took the medicine for the first time she fainted in 15 min and started spitting white foam from mouth. And then she stopped taking that medicines. Was diagnosed with vitamin d n b12 deficiency a year back..was on supplements for d same..again diagnosed with same deficiencies along with hypothyroidism with 10.6 level..few other symptoms got better with time..but i am having balance issues while standing,sitting..even while sleeping sometimes i feel like i will fall down..something pulls me left,right,up and down.my head feels its swaying..headches range from mild to severe..they vary..i feel there is too much heat in my body..have heat intolerance totally..body pain has reduced to large extent though..please help me..want my life back again

Dear doctors, My dad sometimes have diarrhea, vomited, then major vertigo and falls down anywhere, sometimes shit in his pants. He has been hospitalized twice last year for the same. He doesn't have strength at all that's why not able to work also Today morning also above happened and he is sleeping now Kindly suggest what these symptoms mean and remedy for the same
