Brain and Spine Problems

I have béen recently experiencing neck and shoulder pain, especially on the area just below my neck and the sides. This happens especially right after I wake up and the pain makes me uncomfortable the entire day. Can you tell me if this is something that is normal or something else?

Yesterday, my wife fell on a concrete floor with her head hitting hard on the floor. Her foot also got sprained (today it's paining a little). Her shoulder was also sprained. Today, she is not able to lift her neck and lot of stiffness is there in the shoulder region. She also has uneasiness swallowing things. Pls advise. Also what doctor to consult? Orthopedic or neurologist?

I was hospitalized on March 12, 2017 for having an allergy due to olfenac-p which got worsened when I was given injection of dexa which further caused me muscle weakness in thighs of both limbs. I also had breathlessness issue since the morning of March 12th. I was discharged from hospital on March 16th but still have the problem of breathlessness. I met ENT specialist today who suggested me city scan of nasal cavity. But I also have pain in the nerves in backside of neckline and for last 3 days I'm having dizziness lightheadedness and feel like going to faint. For this the specialist asked me to see orthopedic or neurologist. I want to MRI scan my head region to find exact cause of all this. Please suggest me which MRI I need to go for.

Hi, I am having headache all through the day with someitmes giddiness and stiffened neck. unable to work, concentrate ..always feeling lethargic. My sugar level are under control with medication. Please suggest which speciality doctor to visit and whom in Bangalore city. TIA.

Hi.. my wife has this bone spur which is kind of round in shape in the cervical region or the neck region.She has been experiencing back pain for quite sometime and We think it's partly cause of that. While there is no other reason as of now I would still want a doctor to consult us and seek advice for any non invasive remedy which can be sought out for this. Any advice would be most welcome, any recommendations would be great. Thanks Anshul.

Sir , i have back pain due to my wrong sitting position in low height sofa and secondly i fell down from a Swing ( Jhoola ) (Unjal ) .Once i was not able to raise my legs straight and bend my head to look ground. .immediately i feel big pain.I took MRI LS and found L4 L5 disc bulge.now after physio and strech exercise i can raise my legs and bend my head. But even though i feel pain in my back when i drive , sitting in chair , sitting like indian toilet position , sitting in folded legs in floor and while changing my position during sleeping .Pls advise can i able to come back like normal person.My fate is , that im afraiding to lift my child bcoz of this problm.

I m having back pain since from 2years.all MRI report x Ray report calcium and D3 reports r normal.what is d solution or treatment for this pain?

I fell down by stairs on Sunday. I really got hurt beside my spine. I had pain killer tablets and injection . But as i wake up. It really hurts

Sir I am facing the back side headache pain by early morning n late Evening from past week it's day by day increasing eyes are iritaing & not able sleep on time when I slept also I can't sleep just laying on bed after 2-3 hours I try to sleep . Pls suggest me what I do ?
