Brain and Spine Problems

Pain in my right hand vein from 3-4 days & i feel that blood circulation is not work properly. continuously pain in hand from arm joint to wrist

When I turn my head from left to right I hear a frictiony type of scathing/crackling sound from within my neck.. The neck is able to move full range, but it just feels as those the joint or vertebrea needs lubrication or something. What is going on?

Paralysis of hands wrist and leg mostly left side. MRI report says, "Evidence of ill defined heterogeneous altered signal intensity intramedullary lesion noted at spinal cord C7, D1 level appear heterogeneously hyper mixed with few hypointense areas which appear iso to spinal cord on T1 and T2w images, On post contrast study the lesion shows patchy irregular peripheral enhancement. The lesion measures 40 mms craniocaudally, 10mms anterioposterioly and 14 mms transversely in size. Few irregular hypointensities noted in the lesion on gradient images -? haemorrhagic product/calcification. multisegmental CSF signal intensity area noted involving cervical and upper dorsal spinal cord extending from C1 to D4-5 level appear hyper on T2 and hypo on T1 images suggest syrinx.

My cervical nerve is pitching with occipital bone and and shift to c1-c2and c3-c4 ,and c4-c5 what can i do

A male 40 years got his spinal card breakage since 28 y back due to fell down from tree ,being bed riddin he is not iprated anywhere.......any soloution for recivery

I fell down the stairs two days ago and hit the back of my head pretty hard. I'm feeling presistent headaches, a stiff neck, and swelling from where I hit my head at. I wanted to know, do I need to go to the er even though I'm functioning?

I have been having a headach for a while now and up untill last week .. i fainted three times everything went black and my fainting was for 30 seconds or a minute and there was lose of bowel control .. i went to the doctor my ct scan was normal also my hb and glycated hb1ac was also normal but i have slightly elevated lymphocyts and slightly low monocyte and neutrophils .. i also checked by ultrasound and everything was normal ..but i keep having the headache and blurred vision from time to time .. is this normal and what can i do ??

I have been headache and muscles pain. It's increased while reading in concentration and when I am alone. Because of headache I am not able to comprehend and thats lower my confidence and fill me with anxiety.

My sister has head ache for past 4 years but for last 1 year the headache is worsen ...she cannot able to tolerate the head ache...it starts initially in the morning and goes on increasing...during severe headache she feels nausea like thing....she have taken lot of medication but till now no improvement goes on increasing....she has the previous history paranasal sinusitis surgery..after that also no improvement...please kindly request you to provide necessary medication and say what is the pathology behind this head ache.....pls....pls...I kindly request u
